The safest way to communicate with us is via email. We NEVER contact you first, and we NEVER ask payment or release funds upfront. Our only email is below, all other email than keychainx@protonmail are fake. We Don’t use Whatsapp or facebook.

Please include the following information:

• Coin type (Bitcoin, Ethereum or other tokens)
• Wallet type (Trezor, Metamask, Multibit etc)
• When was the last time you accessed your wallet or public address
• Number of coins / value
• Some idea of the possible password hints or your best guess

If we do not reply within 24hrs please send a NEW message, it might got stuck somewhere as we answer ALL emails. Sometimes the mail goes to smapm

We do not work on wallets that you have purchased or downloaded on the web. We cannot open wallets that are sold online or downloaded from the web. If you only have the public address then there is nothing we can do.
If you have a Ledger device that you lost the pin to, there is nothing we can do.

Our sepcialty is for wallet for Bitcoin and Ethereum. Although we support them but 90% of our requests are for ETH and BTC.
