What to include in your message
- Coin type — Bitcoin, Ethereum or other tokens
- Wallet type — Trezor, MetaMask, MultiBit, Ledger, etc.
- When you last accessed the wallet or public address
- Number of coins / approximate value
- Non-sensitive password context only: approximate length, language and keyboard layout — never the password, fragments or guesses
For your first message, describe the problem and whether you still have a backup or device; do not attach wallet files. Do not send passwords, seed words (even partial), private keys, PINs or passphrases by email, web form or AI chat. If your case is suitable, our team will explain the agreed process for handling any necessary recovery material directly with you. We only assess wallets you own or are legally authorized to recover.
If you do not hear back within 24 hours, please send a new message. We answer every email, but occasionally one gets stuck or lands in spam.
