The safest way to reach us is by email. We never contact you first, and we never ask for payment or the release of funds upfront. Our only email is below — any other address claiming to be KeychainX is fake. We do not use WhatsApp or Facebook.

What to include in your message
- Coin type — Bitcoin, Ethereum or other tokens
- Wallet type — Trezor, MetaMask, MultiBit, Ledger, etc.
- When you last accessed the wallet or public address
- Number of coins / approximate value
- Any password hints or your best guess
If you do not hear back within 24 hours, please send a new message. We answer every email, but occasionally one gets stuck or lands in spam.
A note on scams and safety. We do not recover scammed, stolen or hacked coins — anyone promising that is a scam. We also cannot open wallets that are not yours, or that you bought or downloaded from the web. Whatever you share here stays private, between you and our team.
